A single portal for every tenant on the DWTC Properties.
Tenants had no single view of what they were renting. Lease documents, renewal dates, property details and requests lived across email, spreadsheets and phone calls, so every question meant chasing someone at DWTC.
We built a tenant portal on Liferay DXP where each tenant signs in to a workspace covering all their commercial and residential properties, lease details and documents, renewal timelines, requests and approvals ,with role-based access and site experiences delivered from the same platform.
Tenants manage their entire tenancy themselves instead of calling in, and DWTC has a governed platform its teams can extend to new property services without starting a new build each time.
